Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, you can.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, including all parts, components, and original packaging.
  • Normal signs of handling are acceptable, but damage caused by misuse is not.
  • Items where hygiene is important (such as socks or underwear) must be thoroughly cleaned and unused.
  • The product was defective upon receipt.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, your return will be officially accepted within this timeframe. We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, damaged, or not in original condition.

How to return your order
If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to: support@juliette-boutique.com
  • Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the item if damaged
    • Full name
    • Customer address

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not ship your return to the sender’s address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
When your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or not as described. If returned items do not meet the requirements (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
  • Because we use an automated system, orders are processed immediately after purchase. After the 12-hour window, cancellation is no longer possible. A refund is only available once the order has been delivered and returned to us.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at support@juliette-boutique.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the 12-hour cancellation period has passed.

Orders in transit
As our products ship internationally, delivery times may vary. If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait until your package has been delivered and then proceed with a return.

Incorrect address details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details. If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, return shipping fees and an administrative fee of up to 15% of the order value may be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to have your order re-shipped after correcting the address, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Unclaimed or refused packages
If a package is not collected from the pickup point or is refused by the customer, it will be automatically returned to us. In these cases, an administrative and return fee of 15% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.

Conditions

  • Return period: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days and send a confirmation email.
  • Refund approval: Refunds are granted if the product is undamaged, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are granted after inspection.
  • Refund period: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions to the return policy
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear or socks), unless they are unopened and unused

Return shipping method and costs

  • Shipping method: DHL with Track & Trace
  • Return destination: Returns must be shipped to our partner warehouse overseas (we will provide the exact address after approval).
  • Estimated return shipping costs: approx. $20–35 USD, depending on your location.

Cancellation
