Average Delivery Times

Once an order is placed, Juliette Boutique takes 1–3 business days to process it.

  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday are usually processed within one business day.
  • Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery across Australia typically takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location. In total, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to arrive.

  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  4. Enter your full and correct address details – incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays.
  5. Review your details on the shipping page before completing payment.
  6. Choose your payment method and click “Complete Order.” Follow the instructions to finalise your purchase.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all first deliveries within Australia.
Return shipping is not included. Customers are responsible for return costs in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
