Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Australia typically takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location. In total, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to arrive.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
Our main focus is Australia, but in some cases we may be able to arrange delivery to New Zealand or other destinations. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to confirm shipping options.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or does not do what it is supposed to do.

In addition, Juliette Boutique offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I return an item?
Email our customer care team at support@juliette-boutique.com and we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of purchase. After this time, processing begins automatically, and cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, you may still request a return under our 30-day policy.
